Freight
Shipping through ground or expedited (Next day, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Air) is handled by UPS (United Parcel Service), and heavy freight for Transmissions or Engines will be delivered by hired freight. Freight will never be refunded (unless Performance-Cafe is at fault) Shipping addresses: If you provide more than 1 address, we reserve the right to ship your order to the address that matches your credit card billing address. To avoid delays/shipping confusion please make sure your addresses are verifiable with the credit card you are using to make your purchase.
Returns
You must contact Performance Cafe to return any item. No returns after 30 days of orignal invoice date (unless other arrangments have been made). All item must be un opened in orignal packaging. A copy of the original invoice must be included along with a RGA number with all returns. The RGA number MUST be visible on the outside of the box or it will be refused. All goods returned in unsaleable condition will be refused. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns, special orders may not be returned. Credit is always issued in the original form of payment. All shipment errors or damaged goods must be reported within 10 days of invoice date. Body parts: If you paint it, you own it! Check all body parts BEFORE you have them painted, make sure you have the correct item.
Warranty
All products have a manufactures original warranty, please refer to the specific part for warranty terms.
Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged, please, do NOT throw away any packaging or boxes that your order came in, call or email us immediately and have Performance Cafe perform the claim process; If you submit the claim and it is denied, then there's nothing we can do, and the part is yours. These items must be kept together or UPS will automatically deny any claims for damage. If you have discarded the box and packaging, then unfortunately we cannot warrantee or claim any damage, and the part is yours. Also, if you have attempted to install the part, then we cannot guarantee a claim. |
